OUR PROGRAMS

Infants (6 weeks – 12 months)

Our infant program provides a nurturing, safe, and loving environment where your baby will receive individualized attention. We focus on building trust, supporting physical development, and introducing sensory play. Daily routines include tummy time, music, storytime, and lots of one-on-one interaction.

Toddlers (1 – 2 years)

In our toddler program, curiosity takes the lead! Children are encouraged to explore, discover, and express themselves through hands-on activities. We focus on early language development, motor skills, and social interaction. Activities include circle time, art projects, music, outdoor play, and beginner problem-solving games.

Preschool (3 – 4 years)

Our preschool program prepares children for kindergarten with a balance of learning and play. We introduce early literacy, math concepts, science exploration, and social-emotional development. Children build confidence through structured lessons, dramatic play, group activities, and outdoor exploration.

Pre-K (4 – 5 years)

Designed to get children ready for school, our pre-kindergarten program emphasizes critical thinking, teamwork, and independence. Activities include letter and number recognition, writing practice, science experiments, and creative projects. We also focus on building routines and social skills that make the transition to kindergarten smooth.

Academic Enrichment

At Birds Nest Daycare, we believe that learning begins at birth. Our Academic Enrichment program is designed to spark curiosity and build a strong foundation for lifelong learning. Children are introduced to early literacy, math, science, geography and problem-solving through age-appropriate activities that feel like play.

A special part of our program is exposure to multiple languages. Children practice counting, colors, and simple vocabulary in other languages alongside English. This gentle introduction strengthens memory, encourages flexible thinking, and helps them gain an early appreciation for different cultures and ways of communicating.

Enrichment activities include:

  • Early Literacy – Storytelling, letter recognition, and pre-reading skills.

  • Math Readiness – Counting, sorting, and recognizing patterns in English and other languages.

  • STEM Exploration – Hands-on science experiments and building activities.

  • Language Development – Songs, rhymes, and vocabulary practice across multiple languages.
